Sex therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore the challenges that may be affecting your intimate life. From low desire and painful experiences to erectile difficulties and vaginismus. Together, we’ll look at the physical, emotional, and relational aspects of your experience, helping you understand yourself better, release shame, and move toward a more fulfilling and connected sex life.

Couples Therapy

In therapy, I’ll support you in improving communication, rebuilding connection, reigniting desire, and bringing fun back into your relationships. Whether you’re part of a couple or a polycule, some people seek support during challenging times, while others come to therapy simply to reconnect, strengthen their bonds, and explore new ways of relating to each other.

Relationship Therapy

Relationship Therapy is all about connection - how you relate to others and yourself. Whether it’s with family, friends, romantic or sexual partners or figuring out your own identity, we’ll explore patterns, gain insight, and build tools for more authentic, fulfilling relationships.

All sessions take place online

I offer a reduced fee for clients on low-income to ensure therapy can be accessible to everyone. If you would like to discuss a fee reduction please do reach out.

The Process

  1. Book a free 15 minute consultation

    Upon booking your free consultation you will have a short form to fill in to briefly outline your hopes for therapy. During the consultation we will discuss your therapeutic goals and see if I am the right fit for you. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the type of therapy I offer.

  2. Client agreement

    Moving forward I will ask for more details from you, organise your regular session slot and send over my client agreement and privacy policy to be signed and returned before beginning sessions.

  3. Complete your assessment session

    In your first paid session we’ll take a detailed look at your personal history, covering all areas of your life to help paint a picture of your historical experiences as well as explore what is going on for you right now.

  4. Begin your regular therapy sessions

    I do not have a maximum number of sessions that you can have, so your open-ended therapy enables you to unpack what's going on for you, in your own time and at your own pace. For meaningful change, weekly or fortnightly sessions are recommended.
